Laura King is the driving force behind Italian Kitchen, in partnership with her husband Ross. She is the Operations and Managing Director, supported by a fantastic team who share her passion in cooking Italian food and working with customers to help them to choose the right ingredients for their lifestyle.
Laura is committed to sourcing organic and eco-friendly products, usually made from artisan or ethical processes, which complement one another and help to inspire people in their cooking. Always looking to create new experiences at home, Laura will be introducing new collections throughout the year.

Cath Stenhouse works from Monday to Thursday at our Castletown deli on various shifts. As an enthusiastic Marshall of the races on the island, Cath has a busy schedule but really loves talking to customers and serving our wide range of products. Cath joined us a year ago in September and is nicknamed "Super Cath" because she keeps everything in tip top order. She is a key member of our team and Italian Kitchen wouldn't be the same without her.

Cath has achieved her Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and is also a qualified First Aider.

Brandon Wade works on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at our shop in Castletown and is also a student at University College Isle of Man. Bran joined us on a summer contract in April and is staying on throughout the Autumn. He's a brilliant member of the team, always happy to help any customer and a valued part of our little family.

Bran has achieved his Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
