Is shopping online secure?Yes, we take care to ensure that all customer information is treated with respect. All credit card and customer information that you provide is encrypted using standard SSL protocol. During this process, the information is scrambled so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. When it is received, we use a unqiue key to decode it. We do not store your payment information and your contact information is only used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please see our Privacy Policy for more infromation.

How do I create a bespoke gift hamper?Step 1: Click on the "Bespoke Hampers" section of the website and add a gift box to your shopping basket. At this stage you can select the colour of the filling, include a personalised message and select a colour and type of wax-seal for the envelope. Please makes sure you include the delivery details and note how many items the box will be able to take. Step 2: Enjoy shopping! Add the products you would like to include in your gift to your shopping basket and once you are ready, go through the checkout process. Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email and we will then make sure your gift hamper is carefully hand-wrapped into your chosen gift box size. If there are any products which will not fit, we will contact you to arrange an alternative option. You will receive confirmation when your order is on the way!

How do I send more than one hamper?If you are sending more than one hamper, we advise creating a new order for each hamper to reduce confusion so that we know exactly which products you would like in each hamper.

What is your returns policy?We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Italian Kitchen box, however, if there is a problem please let us know as soon as possible by contacting laura@italiankitchen.im or by talking to us on our live chat function on this website. We aim to ensure that every customer feels listened to and are taken seriously, and we will investigate any issues or questions and provide a response as quickly as possible, usually in writing by email or in urgent cases, by telephone. When will I receive my order?Once you have placed your order, selected a delivery option and payment has gone through successfully, you should receive a confirmation email of your order. This will detail the delivery information and you can find our delivery rates on our "Shipping" page below. A second email will be sent to you when your order has been despatched. In cases of adverse weather we will let you know if your order is expected to be delayed. If your order confirmation does not have the correct information on it, please let us know as soon as possible as once your order has been despatched we cannot make any amends to it.
